Adventure Motorcycle Multi-Function Rear Racks

Black Dog Cycle Works has released its new "multi-function" rear racks for the KTM 950/990 Adventure, 950 Super Enduro and BMW F800GS / F650GS twins.

The new multi-function rear racks are a great compliment to the versatility of these adventure bikes. These stout rear racks for ADV riders are made in the U.S.A of 1/4" aluminum, with generously sized holes around the perimeter for tie down points.

Hard-anodized black for a lasting finish with the BDCW logo tastefully laser etched. Longer bolts, necessary to mount the Rotopax mounts to this rack, are included, as well as any necessary hardware to mount the racks to the bike.

The "multi-function" part of the equation comes from the ability to mount the Rotopax carriers for 1 or 2 gallon fuel or water containers, as well as the compatibility with the BDCW Winch Support Plate (ordered separately) to carry your WARN XT17 or RT15 electric winches. The optional winch support plate is made of steel and mounts between the frame of the bike and the rear rack, offering plenty of support for the winch as well as some room for additional luggage.

Similar rear racks are in development for other motorcycle models, including the BMW R1200GS and R1200GSA models.

The Multi-Function Rear Racks and optional Winch Support Plates are available through Black Dog Cycle Works at blackdogcw.com or by calling 208-263-0438.
