I finally got license plates to go on my Smarty. This is a new experience. I found a black plastic rectangle that is the right size, but my state requires 2 plates. And... instead of screw holes, there are 2 dimples in about the right place.
What sort of hardware should I use? Do I drill holes first? Should I purchase another black plastic rectangle from the dealer? HELP!
