Rear plate bracket? - Hyundai Forums : Hyundai Forum

Thanks for your reply. At least I'm not missing a factory part.

For what it's worth, I've come up with a solution - in case anyone cares about this kind of detail.

The plate bracket is available at any auto parts store for about five bucks. This particular manufacturer is Cruiser Accessories - I assume they're distributed nationally.

Simply mount the bracket to the threaded holes in the bumper using the circled mounting slots. The plate is now "where it should be on the bumper" (looks better, too).

Be advised that I shortened the plate mounting screws (shown in the picture above) so they don't poke into the bumper! If you're not comfortable trying to cut the screws, you can always just buy shorter screws at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
